Delete your account

Deleting your Yathop account is immediate and permanent. It erases your profile, Dream Fleet, swipes, event registrations and tickets, messages, notification history, and sign-in identities — including revoking Sign in with Apple where you used it. Stripe retains payment records as required for financial compliance. Routine encrypted backups expire on a rolling schedule shortly after.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Yathop and sign in
  2. Go to Account → Privacy & Security
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm twice

By email

Can't access the app? Email support@yathop.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my Yathop account". We verify it's really you and complete the deletion.

Request an export before deleting: Account → Privacy & Security → Request Data Export in the app.
