Common questions

Where do the yacht listings come from?
From YATCO's listing platform, where professional brokers, dealers, and builders list vessels for sale and charter. Yathop shows them for your information; to arrange a viewing or make an offer, contact the listing broker.

How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. Can't get into the app? See yathop.com/delete-account.

How do I get a copy of my data?
In the app: Account → Privacy & Security → Request Data Export.

Notifications aren't arriving.
Check Account → Notifications in the app, then your device's notification settings for Yathop.

I bought an event ticket — where is it?
Account → My Tickets. Payment receipts come from Stripe by email.

I scanned a QR code and got a web page instead of the app.
Install Yathop from the App Store, then scan the code again or tap "Open in the Yathop app" on that page.
